Artis Interiors Branding & Website Proposal
Hi Mary,
I’m so thrilled we have connected. I loved meeting you on Friday and am very inspired by what we discussed!
This proposal outlines what a brand & web project for Artis Interiors could look like, including timelines and associated fees.
I hope you enjoy reading through the proposal, and look forward to chatting again soon.
Brand Identity
Phase 1: 4-6 weeks
(Project timeline begins once I have the completed Brand Strategy workbook)
Brand Strategy, Creative Direction & Moodboard Presentation
This is one of the most in-depth phases of the branding process, where strategy meets creativity. We begin by uncovering the heart of your brand - your vision, audience, and point of difference. I’ll guide you through a discovery process that allows me to deeply understand Artis Interiors and where you want to take it.
From here, I explore visual possibilities. Researching colour palettes, typography, textures, and inspiration from both within and beyond the interiors industry. I take into account your target client, and how your brand needs to show up across different touchpoints.
Once a clear direction starts to emerge, I’ll present a refined moodboard concept - a visual blueprint that captures the tone, feeling, and overall aesthetic of your brand. This includes curated imagery, colour references, font styling, and textures that align with the strategy and provide a clear foundation for everything that follows.
The moodboard ensures that all design decisions going forward are grounded in intention and aligned with your vision.
Logo Design
Your logo is more than just an identifying mark—it’s the face of your brand and one of the first ways potential clients will connect with Artis Interiors. Drawing on the approved creative direction, I’ll design two distinct logo concepts, each crafted to reflect the essence of your business with elegance, clarity, and longevity in mind.
Each concept will be shown in context, helping you visualise how the logo will look across different applications—such as digital, print, and social media. Once a final direction is chosen, I’ll refine the design and deliver a comprehensive logo package in multiple formats (EPS, PNG, JPG) for both web and print use.
Social Media Direction
To help you translate your new brand identity into a cohesive social media presence, I’ll design and curate a 12-tile Instagram feed. This feed will act as a visual guide - demonstrating how colour, typography, imagery, and graphic elements work together in real-life content scenarios.
The layout will showcase a mix of branded post types, such as:
Project highlights
Client testimonials
Service features
FAQs and value-led messages
Inspirational or mood-setting content
These tiles will be designed to feel balanced, beautiful, and true to your brand tone. They’ll be delivered as ready-to-post JPGs, helping you launch your Instagram with intention and consistency.
Canva Social Media Templates
& Brand Kit
I always aim to support and empower, ensuring you have the confidence to post on brand on your own. All approved designs will be uploaded into Canva as templates for you to customise easily.
I’ll also set up a brand kit so all your fonts, colours and logos are ready to easily access.
Please note, you do need Canva Pro for this.
Client Onboarding Document
To support a polished and professional client experience, I’ll design a custom Onboarding Document. This beautifully branded piece will help you communicate your process clearly, set expectations, and establish trust from the outset - so you can pitch with confidence and guide new clients seamlessly into your design service.
The document will include key information such as your welcome message, an overview of your process and inclusions, timelines, client responsibilities, FAQs, and next steps. It will be designed to feel elevated and aligned with your brand, helping reinforce your value at every touchpoint.
Approx. 6–8 pages.
Content to be supplied by Artis Interiors.
Delivered as a ready-to-share PDF.
Website Options
Phase 2: 2 weeks
To meet Artis Interiors where you're currently at, and support where you're going, I’ve outlined two website design options: a single landing page for now, or a more expansive multi-page site (if you prefer to hold off until you have more projects).
Option 1: One-Page Website
A refined, single-page site designed to give you a confident online presence while you're building your client base. It will act as a digital home that introduces your brand, showcases your work (we can feature 1x project), and encourages enquiries.
I suggest the inclusion of: About, Services Overview, 1x Featured Project, Testimonials, and a Contact form to capture leads.
A well-designed landing page can make a powerful impression. Without one, potential clients may bounce when they don’t find a clear next step from your Instagram, and it can make your business appear less established. A beautifully branded page allows you to express exactly what you do, build trust, and give people the confidence to reach out.
Option 2: Multi-Page Website
If you’d prefer to wait until Artis Interiors is more established, this option is designed to support that next phase of growth. A multi-page website is the best format for showcasing a considered portfolio of work, giving each project the space it deserves while allowing clients to explore your services in greater depth.
This type of site is ideal once you have more imagery, completed projects, and clarity around your service offerings. It creates a more immersive experience, builds trust, and positions your brand with greater authority.
Website Build (Squarespace)
Regardless of the option you choose, I recommend Squarespace. A perfect platform that allows for easy editing, professional design, and seamless mobile responsiveness. Squarespace offers:
A clear backend that makes updates simple
Built-in hosting, security, and mobile optimisation
Easy integration with tools like Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
Minimal ongoing maintenance or tech overwhelm
Once the build is complete, I’ll provide a walkthrough video to help you feel confident managing updates, adding new projects, or tweaking text as your business evolves.

For Brand Identity + Website, the project fees are split into four milestones:
25% deposit paid upon proposal approval, to secure your booking in my schedule.
25% paid after presentation of brand identity.
25% paid after presentation of website concept.
25% paid upon project completion, before final files are sent.
Timelines:
Timelines may extend if the relevant content needed or feedback is delayed by yourself.
Additional Fees:
Amends: While I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the designs, please note that the proposal includes two rounds of amends for each phase of the project. Should additional amendments beyond this round be required, I will need to reassess the scope of work and may need to provide a revised quote for the extra services. This policy helps maintain project timelines and ensures that I can deliver the highest quality work.
Website: Like all websites, your Squarespace subscription, domain etc are additional monthly fees - these are charged by Squarespace. Squarespace’s monthly fee encompasses reliable hosting, security, customer support, and regular updates, ensuring your website remains functional and professional while providing essential tools for growth. A breakdown of fees can be found here:

Booking system (if required): https://www.squarespace.com/scheduling#pricing-block
Fonts: I will always endeavour to use free fonts, though for something more unique, these occasionally need to be purchased by you for a small fee. It is a legal requirement that a company purchases any commercial fonts used in its branding materials, I can assist in sourcing these fonts to guarantee compliance with copyright laws.
Canva: To have access to the Canva templates, you will need to have a PRO subscription
SEO: SEO is a craft unto itself. I build websites that bring the brand to life and speak to our ideal client. I’ll set the brand up with basic SEO, yet recommend you hire the experts to take over to achieve the best results in the future.
