Little Oaks Early Learning Brand & Website Proposal

Everything you do is part of the brand experience.

Hi Zaga 👋

Thank you so much for sharing your vision for Little Oaks Early Learning — the meaning behind the oak tree and the symbolism of the two children is so beautiful, and it gives a lovely sense of the heart and philosophy you want the centre to embody.

While your initial AI mock-up is a great starting point, transforming it into a polished and professional identity requires much more than refining the illustration. A logo is just one touchpoint in a much bigger visual and emotional system. For an early learning centre — especially one grounded in nature, growth, belonging and childhood development — your brand needs to feel cohesive, warm, trustworthy, and instantly recognisable across every space families interact with: signage, uniforms, your website, enrolment materials, social media, and printed collateral.

My role is to take your concept and build it into a complete, strategic brand identity that captures the essence of Little Oak Early Learning. This includes developing the visual direction, refining the illustration so the oak tree feels authentic and the children feel natural and expressive, and crafting a full identity system that supports your long-term growth.

Below is a proposal outlining the full brand and website process, timeframes, inclusions, and investment. This gives you a clear picture of not only the logo, but how the brand will come to life across all your touchpoints as your centre develops and grows.

I hope you enjoy reading through the proposal, and I’m more than happy to walk you through everything in a call whenever you're ready.

Brand Identity

Phase 1 - 3-4 weeks

A successful brand identity is more than a logo - it’s the visual expression of your purpose, values, and story. It creates a memorable and distinctive presence that stands out, connects with your audience, and builds trust.

Brand Strategy, Creative Direction & Stylescape

This is one of the most important phases of the branding process, where strategy and creativity come together. We start by uncovering the heart of your brand — your vision, values, audience, and what makes Little Oaks Early Learning unique. Through a guided discovery process, I gain a deep understanding of your centre and where you want to take it.

From there, I explore the visual possibilities. This includes researching colour palettes, typography, textures, illustration styles, and imagery — not just from the early learning sector, but from a broader creative perspective — to ensure your brand feels distinctive, welcoming, and purposeful. Every element is considered through the lens of your audience and how your brand will appear across uniforms, signage, printed materials, your website, and social media.

Once a clear direction begins to emerge, I present a refined stylescape — a detailed visual blueprint that captures the tone, feeling, and aesthetic of your brand. This includes curated imagery, colour references, typography choices, textures, and graphic elements, all aligned with the strategy. The stylescape ensures that every design decision moving forward is intentional, cohesive, and true to the essence of Little Oaks Early Learning.

Logo Design

Your logo is more than just an identifying mark; it’s the face of your brand and the first impression of Little Oak Early Learning. Using your initial AI concepts, and the approved Stylescape as inspiration, I will create two unique logo concepts for you to choose from, each thoughtfully designed to capture the spirit of your brand.

Once you’ve selected your preferred design, I’ll refine & supply in all formats needed across print and digital platforms.

Brand Identity Presentation

Building on the approved Stylescape and logo, I’ll develop the brand’s visual language - defining the colour palette, typography system, graphic elements, image style, and any supporting details - so that every component feels intentional, cohesive, and true to the essence of Little Oak Early Learning.

As part of this process, I’ll craft a detailed brand execution presentation that explores how the identity translates across real-world touchpoints. This will feature carefully considered mockups, such as social media, printed collateral, signage, merchandise - allowing you to see the brand come to life in context. Together, these examples will demonstrate the flexibility and strength of the visual identity, ensuring you have a clear, actionable sense of how it will perform across all future applications.

Brand Manual

A brand manual provides clear guidelines on using your logo, colours, fonts, and design elements, giving you the confidence to represent your brand consistently and effectively across all channels. It ensures everyone involved can create a cohesive brand experience that aligns with your vision.
