The Signature Package

48 hours per quarter

My most popular retainer package offers hands-on design support that feels like you have your own in-house designer.

I’ll help you elevate your brand consistently across every touchpoint, from custom social media graphics and website updates to print materials and strategy. I’ll help you tackle the long list of design tasks while ensuring your brand remains authentic and visually aligned. This package is ideal for businesses looking to maintain high-quality, consistent design that authentically represents your values and builds trust with your audience.

  • Quarterly Goal Check-ins: Every three months, we’ll check in to discuss your business goals and upcoming priorities.

    To-Do List Creation: Based on our discussion, I’ll create a tailored to-do list, breaking down tasks and timelines.

    Consistent Monthly Deliverables: Each month, I’ll bring your vision to life with design assets that align with our quarterly goals, ensuring steady progress and brand consistency.

    As a retainer client, your projects are given top priority every month.

    • Custom social media graphics - so you can post consistently and stay on-brand

    • Website maintenance, such as image & copy updates - so your website stays fresh and your audience knows you're growing and innovating

    • Ongoing tweaks for printed and digital materials, like brochures, email templates - turned around efficiently because you have me on call

    • Expert guidance on rolling out your brand across every touchpoint to ensure consistency and impact - no more confusion, consistent progress to allow your business to thrive

  • Each quarter, you'll have 48 hours of design support. During our check-in, we’ll discuss your goals and priorities for the upcoming quarter. I’ll determine what’s achievable within that timeframe and ensure everything is aligned with your needs. If any tasks or projects need more time than we have, we can plan to tackle them in the following quarter. This approach keeps us flexible and focused on delivering the most impactful design work for your business.

  • $1550 +gst per month

    A minimum commitment of three months is required. After that, you can cancel anytime by providing two weeks notice before the start of the next month.

    An invoice will be issued on the first of each month, due by the 7th. It will cover the monthly retainer fee for the current month, along with any extra charges from the previous month.

    Please note, the following are not included:

    • Additional expenses such as stock images, fonts, or subscriptions

    • Branding and website design/build services can be included for clients who commit to a 6-12 month retainer.

The Essentials Package

18 hours per quarter

Only need a small amount of design work each month?

This package is perfect for businesses needing ad hoc design support without committing to a larger package. Whether it's social media posts, small updates, or a one-off project each quarter, I’m happy to tailor my design support to fit your budget—ensuring you get the quality and creativity your business deserves.

If any tasks or projects need more time than we have, we can plan to tackle them in the following quarter. This approach keeps us flexible and focused on delivering the most impactful design work for your business.

  • $750 +gst per month
