Thank you for taking the time to chat yesterday. It was so wonderful to hear about your new business venture. I could really feel the passion radiating over the phone and I can't wait to help bring the brand to life.

The problem you are facing is the current website and socials are inconsistent, with no clear branding, and they don’t communicate your amazing point of difference.

There is so much potential for this brand, and these foundations will pave the way to a clearer vision.

Objective number 1:
Photography Creative Direction & Moodboard: Guiding Erin through the look and feel we are after for the shoot.

Objective 2:
Brand Identity: To create a consistent brand experience, visually communicating your story and vision to your audience. We will explore branding through your Instagram feed and create Canva templates to empower you to continue the feed in the future.

Objective 3:
Wholesale Catalogue: Giving you the credibility and confidence to win new stockists.

Photography Creative Direction & Moodboard

Phase 1

A crucial step in exploring the best direction and the backbone behind a powerful and purpose-driven brand. 

This component involves extensive research for the right aesthetic references, ensuring that every photo authentically captures the essence of your brand.

I start the process with mindmaps - visualising my thoughts with pen and paper, exploring your comments from our strategy call, market research, and my thoughts on best direction.

Once a direction begins to shape, I will carefully curate the visual references to help communicate this to you and Erin. The moodboard serves as a visual blueprint, illustrating the envisioned aesthetic and tone for the photography. It includes curated images, colour palettes, textures, and stylistic elements that reflect the desired look and feel of the brand. This ensures all creative efforts are aligned, resulting in consistent and compelling imagery.

Brand Identity

Phase 2

A successful brand identity ensures your company is presented in an authentic and engaging way. It also gives you the confidence to market yourself, create material that your audience will love, and builds brand equity which adds value to your business.

Brand Exploration & Creative Direction

During this phase I’ll flesh out what we have discussed in our moodboard, and really explore the branding elements that will define Natural Light. During this stage I solidify the typefaces, colour palettes, and graphic elements which will be applied to the new brand.

Instagram Direction

Based on the above, I’ll showcase how these elements work harmoniously together as a brand. I’ll design and carefully curate an initial 18x tile Instagram feed. 

These will be a series of branded tiles and images which will include a variety of layouts, colours, photos & graphics to provide a clear brand vision and solid direction for anyone working on social posts in the future.

Within the feed will be a series of templates. These may cover quotes, FAQ’s, point of difference highlights, service announcements, testimonials, tips, product highlights, features & benefits, meet the team etc. These templates will lay the foundations for a credible, cohesive and inspiring brand. 

18x tiles will be supplied as jpgs, for you to post at your leisure (these can also be used on Facebook).

Canva Templates & Branding Kit

I always aim to inspire and empower so you can confidently carry on the feed yourself in the future. The best way is through Canva, where I will set up the templates for you to use as a base for future posts. It will include a brand kit, with your logo, fonts, colour palettes, plus a selection of images & graphics.

Please note, you do need Canva Pro for this.

Wholesale
Catalogue

Phase 3

A wholesale catalogue is not just about listing products, it’s about showcasing your brand, your point of difference and wowing your potential stockists.

Further brand application is explored in the design of a multi page wholesale catalogue. Through this design, you will understand how colour palettes, images and various layouts are used to create a compelling brand.

We will incorporate your beautiful storytelling to communicate your point of difference, and present the Natural Light Candle Co in a completely new way. Giving you the credibility & confidence to win these new stockists!

Investment

I wanted to give you a couple of package options, so you could tailor these for your budget.

The Photoshoot Creative Direction package option is priced higher due to the significant time investment required for thorough research, planning, and creative direction involved. Another option to keep costs lower is for you to collate image references you like, and I’m happy to provide feedback & guidance on direction.

Package 1

Phase 1: Photography Consulation

Based on image style references provided by Tamara, provide feedback and guidance on directions that will align with the brand vision.

Investment $2999 +gst

The project fees are split into three milestones:

30% deposit paid upon proposal approval.
30% paid upon presentation of Instagram feed.
40% paid upon completion of project, before final design files are sent.

I also offer payment plans.
