Retainer Structure
12 month Retainers
Each quarter, we'll follow this 3 part process to make sure we react to what we've learnt, and build for what's coming next.
STEP 1 //
We jump on a call
Every 3 months, we'll catch up to discuss what's been working, what hasn't, and what new ideas and goals you have.
STEP 2 //
A plan for action
We'll work together to create a to-do list of what needs to be created, changed, and adjusted. We'll put timelines together, and once we're all on the same page, I'll get to work.
STEP 3 //
New goods delivered
Once everything's done and approved, I'll send you all the files you need to make your brand shine for another quarter.
How long will it take?
This will depend on what's on our to-do list, but typically from the call to the delivery it'll be 2-4 weeks. Then you'll have 2 months to implement what's been created, measure how it went, and dream up new goals to tackle.
How do we determine what's 'enough' work?
This is why we'll work out the to-do list together. We'll make sure that it's an even exchange for both of us, so we're all winning. If there's something you'd love to include but it'd be a bit too much to tackle in that quarter, we'll make it a priority next quarter.

Length of Commitment
Our collaboration kicks off with an initial term of twelve months. After this exciting first year, we can keep the momentum growing with automatic renewals in three-month periods. If for any reason you feel it's time to part ways, just let me know at least 30 days before the end of the current term, and we'll part ways with a smile. After all, it's all about keeping things friendly and flexible! 🎉
