The Essentials Package

24 hours per quarter

  • Quarterly Goal Check-ins: Every three months, we’ll check in to discuss your business goals and upcoming priorities.

    To-Do List Creation: Based on our discussion, I’ll create a tailored to-do list, breaking down tasks and timelines.

    Consistent Monthly Deliverables: Each month, I’ll bring your vision to life with design assets that align with our quarterly goals, ensuring steady progress and brand consistency.

    Unlimited Phone and Email Support: As a retainer client, you’ll have unlimited access to my advice and support, giving you a direct line to guidance whenever you need it.

    As a retainer client, your projects are given top priority every month.

  • Each quarter, you’ll have 24 hours of design support. I always aim to provide extra support where I can. During our check-in, we’ll discuss your goals and priorities for the upcoming quarter. I’ll determine what’s achievable within that timeframe and ensure everything is aligned with your needs. If any tasks or projects need more time than we have, we can plan to tackle them in the following quarter. This approach keeps us flexible and focused on delivering the most impactful design work for your business.

  • $960 +gst per month

    A minimum commitment of three months is required. After that, you can cancel anytime by providing two weeks notice before the start of the next month.

    An invoice will be issued on the first of each month, due by the 7th. It will cover the monthly retainer fee for the current month, along with any extra charges from the previous month.

    Please note, the following are not included:

    • Additional expenses such as stock images, fonts, or subscriptions

    • Web design or redesign services

    • Logo or brand design

This approach keeps us flexible and focused on delivering the most impactful design work for your business.

  • $1680+gst per month

    A minimum commitment of three months is required. After that, you can cancel anytime by providing two weeks notice before the start of the next month.

  • $2650 +gst per month - Best Value Package, saving you over 25% compared to smaller support packages!
